  2. Be Respectful
  3. Be Responsible
  4. Act with Kindness
  5. Follow Directions
  6. … and of course HAVE FUN!

Special Circumstances:

  1. If you would like your teen or tween (ages 12+ only) to walk home, a special waiver may be signed at the front desk.
  2. Please let us know of any special circumstances or needs and we will do our best to work with you to make accommodations.

Children are grouped by age:

  • All age groups are scheduled to rotate to a variety of activities in different areas of the Club.  Each rotation is made up of a 1.5 hour block.  The program is structured to include 2 educational/enrichment blocks per day and 2 recreational blocks per day.   Lunch periods are scheduled to accommodate varied age groups.

FREE Meals:

  • Children and teens may bring their own meals or enjoy free meals at the Club including a cold breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack.  Let’s keep it healthy!

Field trips

  • Field Trips are planned by each department and are targeted to appropriate age groups based on the destination.  Club wide trips will use the following formula to determine participation:  1/3 of spots = earned, 1/3 = youth who wouldn’t otherwise have the opportunity and 1/3 = randomly selected via lottery.

Emergency evacuation and response

  • Procedures for earthquake, fire, active shooter, lock down, and other emergencies are practiced through drills. When the entire facility must be evacuated due to an emergency, we have a designated relocation spot that parents can inquire about upon registration.

Campers are encouraged to participate in all activities!  Please leave electronics and expensive personal items at home.  Cell phones should be put away and used only for calling family as needed.  The Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items.  Photos and videos of other children are not allowed to be taken by participants.  Some photos/videos will be viewable via the Clubs social media channels.
